Tim Wiles is the founder of Renovo Advantage Performance Systems (RenovoAdvantage.com), the PTSD Survival School, and a ministry call Novus that strengthens people to heal from trauma and live well. He provides consulting, training and coaching support for leadership development, operational excellence, health, and performance. His training solutions have strengthened and given hope to over 50,000 people suffering with trauma and stress related diseases. Tim also developed the nation’s first physiology-based protocol for Critical Incident Stress Recovery® for the military, first responders, and healthcare workers. It has been deployed across several sectors with clinical applications for chronic pain, depression, anxiety, PTSD and cancer survivorship.
Tim's education includes a B.S. in Financial Management and Economics, Masters of Divinity, and 12 units of Clinical Pastoral Education. He served a total of 23 years in the military on active and reserve duty as a Pershing II Missile Electronics Repairman, Infantryman, Drill Instructor and Chaplain. He served as a Chaplain for the USAF Thunderbirds, provided support to survivors of the USS Cole attack, and pastoral care for over 14,000 patients from Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He also holds certifications in a variety specialty areas to include crisis intervention, biofeedback, grief, stress management, suicide intervention, sexual assault response, and marriage enrichment. Tim has been married for 27 years and has 3 children. His life’s passion is to encourage and facilitate wholeness in heart, mind, soul and strength towards constructive living.
